Platform 65 - The Train Restaurant

Food here is yummy! Definitely must try place . Few dishes like chicken pulao , mutton pulao , chicken biryani and non veg starters taste very authentic. But the service is very bad . The restaurant was empty when we were there and yet the service was very slow and forgetful . Kind request to the management to take care of their service management. Definitely need much more improvement. And also we did not get a table for 9 members even after pre-booking the table 2 hrs prior .

Worst experience faced with this restaurant. We made an order but someone else order (according to the staff... we dont know whether it is true or it is their marketing technique) by mistake it came to our table and we didn't noticed that...and unfortunately we have to pay for that extra dish which was not from our order.

Nice restaurant to dine in with family specially with kids. Excellent ambience. Staffs are really professional, helpful and humble here. Quantity and taste of the foods can be improved a bit, specially Phulka which were served to us were really terrible (just like hard papad). I will not recommend any body to order Phulka here.

Nice cool place. Good service. Enjoyed the vibe, better to visit when there is less crowd.

An awesome Experience. Children Love the way train travels and carry the Lovely Food. Recently went there for celebrating a Birthday of my niece and Son. Truly amazing experience. They also have a dedicated place for Cake cutting with a complementary Cake (Needs Improvement in Taste and Quality on par with its all other delicacies)

I'm a food lover and i have reviewed more than 100 nos. Restaurants across India. We have visited this place as a curiosity after seeing the no. Of reviews in Google. and as expected, this restaurant added to one of my favorite restaurants in Hyderabad. I love the taste of food. We have ordered Chicken Chatpata which was really delicious. The most intreseting part is the theme of the place, you will enjoy watching the small moving trains carrying foods 100% recommended

I ordered a Special Chicken biryani single along with Onion Kulcha from this place. The biryani came along with a gulab jamun. I did not like the biryani much as it contained too much masala and spices. The gulab jamun though tasted yummy. I also liked their Onion Kulcha. The Kulchas are stuffed with Onion filling and went along really well with plain dahi.
