Restaurant On Wheels

The behavior of the man at the counter (possibly the owner) was absolutely terrible. He was rude, disrespectful, and had no idea how to speak to customers. We placed an order for two biryanis and half a tandoori at 1 PM. They informed us that the biryani would take two hours and the tandoori 30 minutes. Since we didn't want to wait that long, we canceled both and asked what was available immediately. They suggested chicken pulao, so we ordered two plates. While we were having our lunch, they still went ahead and prepared the tandoori and served it to us, despite our cancellation. When we pointed it out, the owner outright denied that we had canceled it and rudely demanded that we pay for it. He spoke to us in a condescending and aggressive manner, as if it was our fault. To avoid further argument, we asked the server to parcel it instead. But instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner continued to behave arrogantly, making sarcastic remarks and raising his voice. Other customers, noticing his behavior, stepped in to support us. Rather than de-escalating, he started shouting at them as well, showing complete disregard for customer service. His attitude was shocking--he acted as if he was doing us a favor instead of running a business.

Worst experience. The management guy is very rude.He was literally telling all the customers coming to the food court to vacate if we are not purchasing from them. The food court has many shops. So ideally he is expecting to sit only if we order from their restaurant. What about people buying maggi, tea, coffee, shawarma, dosa, etc. do you expect us to stand and eat even if there are empty tables and chairs. Litrally his behavior was like we have to order from his restaurant otherwise do not sit and get out. Please answer for the people buying any other items in the food court.
