Sri Sampoorna Grand

I got burnt chicken noodles. When I asked for a refund, they were telling me to complain in Zomato. Arrogant behavior by the manager. One of the worst restaurants in BN Reddy.

I celebrated my kids first birthday in Sampoorna grand and I must say I had very good experience through out the part. Swamy is very trustworthy person and he made sure everything is managed properly. The food was served full without compromise, the hall can accommodate 300-500 people. I would highly recommend Sampoorna grand for any parties.. there was not even a single complaint.. thank you Sampoorna grand and swamy for making sure our kids birthday joyful

Never order food from this restaurant via Swiggy worst experience they takes 1 hour more to deliver the order. The food tastes worst

Ordered chicken biryani and food served was worst.we were able to see hair on the cooked chicken pieces Service was worst Atmosphere was even worst

We had a New Year Special Dining with family @Sri Sampoorna Grand. Ambience is .Price of the food items are quiet affordable. Taste of the food items satisfy our tastebud cravings . A small suggestion to the restaurant is that - Try to improve the quality of servicing to customers & also the serving staff, bcoz we have waited for nearly 25 minutes for the biryanis to be served after starters . Overall we had a fine dining with laughter, smiles, fun, pics & selfies etc..etc..after a long time with my family so Happily . Thank you

We did our son 1st Birthday on August 30th 2023. Manger Swamy garu and Rama Krishna garu helped and managed very well. This is our third event opted this restaurant. Ambient service for all functions and food was really awesome. Being a vegetarian I have asked for some customisations in food and its delivered perfectly as needed. Rather than going for other so called restaurants. This is very nice and best place.

We tried the special Keema Biryani but were quite disappointed. However, the recommended starters, Apollo Fish and Prawns, were good. Unfortunately, the service was poor, with a lack of coordination among the staff.

Had visited this restaurant several times. Not impressed by the taste of the food they provide. The service is also too slow. Actually this place has everything like good parking area, they also serve . There is a pan shop, tea stall, and juice shop in the parking area. It looks as a perfect hotel to hangout with the from outside but isn't. The washrooms here are dangerous than few of the public toilets. The staff here are reckless. The management need to seek in to few things to make this make place much better
