Virasat-The Exotic Veg

This restaurant is the worst in providing food. Although instructed in person while picking the order about not to add paneer or dairy in food item (since I am allergic to dairy) they didn't even bother to listen. They pretended to listen but still provided food with paneer and yogurt in it. This happened for the third time with me. They are incapable of taking any advice or does not have the basic communication knowledge. Please check other reviews before you go for this hotel. Multiple customers have complained as well. When conveyed the same thing to the manager of the hotel about giving wrong food, they didn't have basic sense of accepting their mistake. The manager is super rude. The manager rudely said "we wanted to let you know but we forgot" and also added "don't come back later to our restaurant". Also didn't bother to provide a refund. Update: Upon talking to the restaurant manager, he offered a refund.

All things in the restaurant was very nice and the staff and all things was also very nice in the surroundings of restaurant was also very nice in the prestige the ambiance also very less the food is ok event four members we see in different types of paintings and all things the water facility in the bathroom was very poor and all things was very nice but the bathroom in bathroom water was not there this is shocking to me all things for very nice and ambiance is very nice once again I am telling to you please visit one time this restaurant and see and tell me your opinion thank you

This is my 4th time coming here, but I had very bad experience with the food. The Gobi manchuria was not at all good as per the texture and taste. Paneer butter masala was horrible and with full of cinnamon flavour. I don't know what's the problem, I think the chef got changed here. Earlier the food was so delicious and we was considering the only veg restaurant we have in Pragatinagar. But now it's not

We went for dinner here on a weekend. Average ambiance and average food. We ordered 2 starters, soup, virasat special gravy and rotis. Tomato soup wasn't good but broccoli cream soup was amazing. Baby corn fry was ok types and mushroom starter was good. Overall a regular restaurant, nothing special or great, and can be tried with family for budget friendly outing.

It was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, everything was delivered on time. The staff here is super friendly and kind, they were very chill. The ambience of this restaurant was astonishing. The music, place, the table, the vibe here was heavenly. I'd definitely visit this place once again.

I had an absolutely delicious meal. The Dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was also fantastic - our server was attentive and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience...

Great time having fresh and delocious food here. Unique taste, value for money, great ambience, good service. Want to try something new anybody, I'll definitely suggest to visit this place and enjoy having yummy food.

The paneer veg biryani was delicious, with exceptionally soft paneer and high-quality long-grain rice. The accompanying raita and curry were also excellent. We enjoyed the overall taste and ac ambiance. However, we found the pricing quite high, especially with the added service charge. Additionally, the portion size, while generous for one, could potentially be shared between two. We also noted the staff are primarily from Orissa. Despite the cost, we're interested in trying other dishes on their menu.
