I came here for dinner and ambience is good but not great because they also serve alcohol here but there should be separate family section for non alcohol who comes with family and also I asked them but haven't provided. Food was great and service was also excellent . Coming to food we tried 1. Paneer Majestic, 2. Rayalaseema Kodi Miryalu, 3. Sambar Rice, 4. Chef's Special Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani, 5. Nalli Gosh Biryani 6. Apricot Delight, 7. Fresh Fruit Rabdi. Among these must try items are Paneer Majestic which is Crispy and tasty. Nalli Gosh Biryani should try for sure, Apricot delight tastes great and fresh fruit rabadi is good. In chicken biryani there is no masala and spicy. Overall everything tastes superb..

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. The service was shockingly bad - slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. We were ignored for ages, and when we finally got someone's attention, the staff acted like we were a burden just for asking for basic things like menus or water. The team's attitude was unacceptable - no smiles, no courtesy, just pure arrogance and hostility. It felt like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. Not to mention, they messed up our order and then blamed us for it instead of fixing it. There was no manager in sight, and it was clear that the staff had no training in customer service. I've never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant in my life. This place does not deserve your time or money. Save yourself the trouble and eat literally anywhere else.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid this RESTAURANT !! One of the worst service we have ever had . We have visited it yesterday as it's new year. Service is pathetic they don't even give you spoons and tissues unless you ask them . The floor manager is clueless and has no managing capacity. We ordered drinks the bartender put the drinks on the bar counter and they have been on the bar counter table for 30 minutes as no one is taking them and serve us .We ourselves went and reminded the floor manager that we have ordered drinks and they are at the bar counter can you please serve us . Worst worst worst hospitality. There is only one good thumb about this Restaurant is " VALLET PARKING" !!

The name - setup - ambiance - menu does not match. We visited for their marketing of Thali, and when we entered the place, it felt like a bar and restaurant. Asked for thali, and they said Thali won't be readily available as they prepare Thali only on order. Disappointed, we left for Minerva for thali, and it was the best decision rather than waiting.

Worst food and worst service. Prices are very high and the quality is completely opposite. What we get here in brief * Worst service * Low quality food * High prices * Less quantity

Average taste , average service. Above average ambiance. Good air conditioning and metro view. Valet parking is available. Ok ok place to enjoy the food.

We ordered naatu kodi soup, Guntur pachi mirchi kodi and Mughalai biryani..Mughalai biryani is not upto the mark and starters quantity also bit disappointed but taste was good. Staff was good and we spent some quality time here.

Service is very very bad, we have ordered 3 items for 3 people, after 20 minutes, two orders only came and they said, we have not confirmed for 3rd person order. Later received 3rd person order after several reminders, and by that time, first two people are done with their lunch. Not at all satisfied with their service.
