Zero experience. The place needs a major refurbishment and cleaning. Worst place to have food. The atmosphere is the worst. Dirty curtains, dirty and broken chairs people don't care for hygiene. Service was ok. But they gave only a manual bill. If you go to wash your hands that place is worse than a public toilet. At least thought the food would be good seeing the atmosphere didn't risk ordering non veg and went for veg curry but the veg curry we ordered was ok but full of artificial colour. The hands were red in colour after eating the curry. Never visit again even if they give free food.

Tried this for dinner with family. Not happy with the quality and price we paid for all items we had ordered. I first asked for single biryani and tandoor kabab, roti and one curry. But the waiter recomended me to go for lemon chicken and mutton biryani family pack. I will now share what was okay and what was dissoppointing. I think biryani, tandoor roti was okay but we did not needed a family pack of biryani. We just wasted food and money becauseof misleading us by waiter. Now let me share what was not good. Lemon chicken was very dry and salty. Tangdi kebab was also salty. Andhra chicken was not good at all. Overall very dissoppointing experience. The family section access, lift and seating is very bad. This place badly needs renovation. Now coming to Service, it is very poor. It seems the hotel management is not paying salaries to staff on time. Highly demotivated staff. They dont care to listen to customer for the choices in menue and feedback on food. Total waste experience ...do not recommend for family lunch and dinner. May be it can be choice for bachelors. Opposit to this hotel you have hyderabad house, karachi bakery and paradise takeaway. So my suggestion is choose value for money option.

I have ordered Madina mutton curry through Zomato but the food is disaster for me, picture is not matching as shown by the restaurant.Verry poor test never eat before.

Hi guys, the hotel is in a good location easily Anyone can see it on the national highway. Observations. 1. Food quantity and taste is very good 2. Hotel not clean and well maintained 3. Staff area good Save water save soil and save future

Looks like restaurants people are serving other's not used but served lemon , which is the most basic thing for a restaurant. Coming to food , not good and and hygienic , whatever and however you want they won't serve . And honestly unhygienic , whoever is cleaning the table is serving with the unclean hands continuously.quantity and quality as per price worst . Chi

, 02.08.2024 * FSSAI license copy not displayed at prominent place. * TDS of drinking water provided to the customers found to be 24 (much lower than mandated minimum TDS of 75). * Synthetic food colours found in the store room and hence discarded. * Semi prepared and raw food articles were not labelled and not covered. * Rat faeces observed on the racks and floor and possible rat infestation suspected in store room. * Windows not fitted with insect proof screens. * Pest control records of the premises and Medical fitness certificates for the food handlers were not available with FBO. * Flaking plasters observed on ceiling and flooring found uneven and patchy in the kitchen. @fssaiindia @MoHFW_Telangana

Very bad taste of food, spices are not fresh, in Veg biryani u can't expect all vegetables, it is full of potatoes that also not cooked fully, very very unhygienic atmosphere, dirty washroom, it's like a local road side tapari hotel. Not recommended at all

First floor is non AC and the upper floor above is a family AC section.Place is not tidy.ok with one or two friends.Absolutely not suitable for family.Ambience not adoptable. Food is ok and taste is good. Quantity is adequate.Rates are average. Immediate response from staff. It's on the highway Airport road, and easy dine in with in minutes.
