Yi Jing - ITC Kohenur

I had a truly wonderful dining experience at Yi Jing in ITC Kohenur. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was elegant and inviting, perfectly setting the tone for what turned out to be a memorable meal. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. But the real star of the night was undoubtedly the exceptional food. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour, reflecting a perfect balance of authenticity and innovation. A special shout-out to Chef Sandeep, whose culinary expertise truly shone through each course. His attention to detail and passion for creating outstanding flavors made our meal extraordinary. Yi Jing is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy refined Asian cuisine in a sophisticated setting. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience here. ITC hospitality at its finest We came for dinner for 2. The service and attention to detail was great. We had dietary restrictions so the chef Sabhya himself came and clarified everything. The wait staff was great including Sayan who checked with us on how our meal and drinks were. They made every effort to keep us comfortable. Definitely coming back and recommending this place

I came into this dinner thinking it would be Indo-Chinese fusion, but soon realized it was more of an upscale Chinese restaurant. Overall I had a really good experience here, and there were a few standouts. The twin chili scallops were delicious! So much tender and flavorful scallop. Probably one of my favorite scallop dishes I've had. I also liked the egg white crab soup and the sea bass (very tender!). The soup dumplings were also quite good -- thin skin with lots of soup. The chili mushroom dish and the mapo tofu tasted quite similar. The mapo tofu didn't taste familiar -- it was more of a sweet-ish chili sauce than a doubanjjang/chili oil flavor. It was still good, but not what I'm used to. The crispy chicken with garlic was regrettable -- way too much batter! With less batter, it could've been a great dish. I also wasn't a fan of the dessert we got -- the mascarpone cheesecake wasn't good. Overall Yi Jing makes some great seafood dishes! Wonderful ambiance and great service, with really nice bathrooms.

The restaurant is part of the hotel and serves Asian cuisine. The food was decent, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service provided by the servers. The restaurant's unique design creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Came here for a CNY dinner. Staff was courteous and tries their best to please as much as possible. However, hope they could improve their knowledge of chinese dining practices and habits to better connect with chinese coming to dine here. Food was satisfying though. Was handed a feedback form and rated an overall good instead of excellent, can sense the team lead's disappointment based on his tone of voice while settling payment after he saw the feedback form. Maybe you should not have handed me a form to fill then.

Tastes crazily good. Amazing experience. Chef Peng is super nice to offer sometime not on the menu. Will eat there every day during my ITC stay.

Food was okay, less options to pick for vegetarians. I was expecting more from this restaurant considering the heavy prices and beautiful ambiance. Good spot for a date!

Food was something that I completely loved, it is really authentic unlike some other restaurants in the city and was really clean, it felt like it was being served directly from China. Ambience was the best part in this restaurant, the subtle home vibe and the decorations were amazing, i loved the live kitchen and that added a lot more enjoyability to the whole experience. Service was amazing, the waiter was amazing and told us about the best dishes in the menu, he made sure the spice levels and flavours were based on our own accustomed tastes. Overall a really good experience and I would totally recommend it.
