Maitri Restaurant

Had a rather underwhelming experience at Hotel Maitri Restaurant in Karimnagar. The food didn't meet expectations--lacked taste and quality. Service was also disappointing; the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, with no effort made to serve properly or address basic requests. Overall, not a place I'd recommend if you're looking for decent hospitality or dining.

Took a Chicken family pack Biryani and Special chicken biryani. The chicken biryani tasted sour and in special chicken biryani the chicken pieces are fried with lot of coating which is of bad taste. Coating might be to reduce chicken quantity. Overall the food experience is very bad and upset at the dinner with near and dears. Very bad experience.

Worst teast of food i ever had, they had zero knowledge of khaju biryani they served white rice with fried some khaju and told us to this is khaju biryani,they said we always prepare like this only, seriously please don't visit this restaurant for a taste food, my humble request to all.

We ordered Chicken Biryani and surprisingly we received Stone Birthday with 12mm Stone approx half inch stone. When I asked to deduct that Biryani Amount from Total Bill she gave only 10% discount if by any chance anything happens to Tooth who will be responsible

All starters are good but don't try chicken bullets they are worst you can't even try to taste

No one is serving on the table. There are many employees are on the floor. We ourselves served. Felt very bad to come. Many other restaurants are good in service and felt happy about their hospitality.

One of the good restaurant in Karimnagar but pathetic staff manager. Ordered veg schezwan fried rice but they sent chicken schezwan fried rice and when complained they are saying me that I should have checked before taking it in my plate. Is this the behaviour ? No response either from the staff, manager, owner to such a fault of them. Still not accepting mistake. It's useless. Not saying that they did it on purpose but a fault is a fault. They should be fined for there mistake and irresponsible behaviour. For vegetarians it's a strict no.
