Service is less than zero .. it tooks 1 and half hours to get our order... Pathetic service... We have ordered normal items usually it would available ready... food less than average Price not suitable, charged more.. Not suggestible to have here... The service people not have any knowledge about food and how to service...
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Kadai Restaurant. The Biryani i ordered was clearly stale and overall quality was unacceptable. The biryani had a distinct, off putting smell. Which further indicated it was not fresh.It was clear that it had been in the refrigerator for a while. I would strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant. There are many other places in Hanamkonda that offer much better quality food.
Very good service, but the quality of food is just okay. Briyani is not tasting like khursheed hotel..it is just okay.
Absolutely delicious flavours Had soup, starters, veg and non veg. Kadai Special biryani is cherry on the top. Can easily serve 2 people who had some early starters and soup. But missed the customer service.. There are a lot of people to serve you, but the part where a customer orders and waiter takes order is a big mess.. I have ordered chicken lollipop, and even after telling them that i ordered lollipop early from other branch they gave it to other table. Ordered a crispy corn but didn't even received it, nor someone mentioned it that there is no order placed. Overall:3.5/5 Taste:5/5 Customer Experience:2/5
Need to improve service and quality of serving ambience also not good it's better to improve and how you guys charge for salad if we order roti and curry its basic things to provide onion salad It was very disappointed
