Galaxy Cafe and Restaurant

Grilled chicken has the worst taste. Not cooked properly I visited the hotel for the 2nd time both times they failed to serve good food. ( Last time we ate mutton biryani we got stomach problems for 2 days ) Only tea is good in this hotel.

First visit and quite impressed with everything hear We sat in the dinning area and was very neat and clean with decent ambience and quick Service Starters and biryani were pretty good Had chai after our dinner and it tasted amazing Will definitely keep visiting

The food was delicious. The ambience is good especially family section is too good . The food is homely. It is good place to try delicious food .

I order Biryani 1 plate they are charging 340 Rs but quantity is very small bowl I share that pic

I came to Galaxy for a cup of tea and snacks. The cafe gives the impression that it is packed and a popular spot for tea, snacks, meals, fruit juice, and tiffins. The place is clean and well-maintained. The workers are kind and well-behaved. However, the tea is good but not up to par. Worth the money you spend for a cup (20/-). The Bun Maska was salty and did not taste good. The Pine biscuit tastes nice. The parking situation is a bit of a bother. The dining area is located on the first floor. Table service is exclusively available at the dine-in location.

They don't clean the tables properly, you can see the food dropped stains all over the table. We were able to see them even in the night time in that low light. We were able to feel the stickiness all over the table all the time. When I requested them to change the cloth with a new or rather clean one. They have removed it but didn't replace them. They serve water bottle without asking but will not provide glasses to drink it, they will serve ordered food in our plates but will not provide spoon and forks. Unless you have to search the entire table and when not found you have to literally beg them to provide them so that you can eat the food. Worst experience for me.
