WATER TANK U.P.BIHAR FAMILY DHABA

I was on a highway coming back home. It was a hot afternoon and I was feeling hungry. I wished to stop by an AC restaurant but landed up at this place. There were trucks lined up all over. I parked my vehicle under a tree and saw this dhaba property . There was nothing much to see also. A rustic roadside dhaba. Nothing flashy about it. The fan was also refusing to work. People were having their food. Plastic table chairs all around, an open kitchen, darkened by the smoke. On the contrary, a person was very busy making big, puffy rotis. We ordered anda-tadka dal and chicken curry with roti. I might remember the taste for a few years at least. I won't say that it's the tastiest food I ate, but cannot deny it as well. I don't know how much rotis I took that day!! If you happen to pass by, taste their food. It won't disappoint you!!!

They live up to their name. You will understand If you see my pics :). But not organized properly. Our order took so long, and also made mistake. It took quite long as well. Food taste also not like up Bihar style. It's mostly southindian Andhra style.

Best food I had in my entire journey of 3 days. I had 6 rotis today with some really tasty curries which was way out of my diet !! If you happen to pass by, do taste their food. It won't disappoint you, else it will make you lick your finger , COZ it's " Finger licking good".

Never miss this place if u r travelling on this highway... Roti with curries.. Ultimate... Very less expensive..

Was traveling from Chennai to Hyderabad, reached this place around 13:45. The food was excellent, quality n quantity was very much good. The service was also prompt, although due to rain customers were few. Excellent North Indian food

I ate 20 pulkas here with my friends. The taste of curry is amazing. But fried rice was not good one of my friend ordered fried rice and it was not enough to your expectation. And the cost was too expensive when compared to other Punjabi dabas
