My experience with Ice magic is magical. MR. SRINIVAS was very humble and provided the best service. He kept the priority of keeping the customer's satisfaction first. I am a pure vegetarian, I ordered for Singapore fired rice and it contained mushroom (I didn't know that), So I rejected it and offered to pay for it. He humbly replaced the Singapore fried rice without mushroom and served it. I am very much satisfied with their service. The place and the ambience of the A/C hall is good. It's cool and soothing.
Service not good, cheththa rice guys don't eat paneer rice and all paneer items
Personally the experience is really good ...but they can improve the taste of pizza, which is not worth at the price they charge.
Worst experience... Ordered chicken momos. Extremely bad. Also ordered milkshake extremely water....
Nice place to visit with family and friends to spend some good time

I bought a biscuit packet which was expired in April 2024 that is 6 months ago. Check the expiry date after buying any item, they don't care about customers health.
