I ordered buffalo sauce with my meal, but what I got was hot ketchup instead. Not exactly what I was craving! The restaurant's mistake was a major letdown. "I understand that mistakes can happen, but I'm disappointed that you're not taking responsibility for serving me the wrong sauce.
