Service okay but 1st floor washroom too bad. look like goverment Areas

One of the worst management i've ever seen, when asked about if there are any interruptions to any of the services ( Wifi, AC, Geyser etc) - the executive person response is very unprofessional/rude and asking to book in nearby Tripura hotel (new one recently opened) instead of theirs to avoid having any interruptions to such basic essentials. Not really worth the price, only benefit is with its easy connectivity or location.

order is coming too late waste of time and irritating of sitting area

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and my experience was very bad. The reception doesn't have good attitude towards the visitors and they don't talk politely. The rooms prices are increased by close to 15-20% within a year. The condition of rooms are pathetic. Taps, flush, AC, Fans specially, bedsheets are not at all in even decent condition. Too much maintenance is required. The plus points are, it is located very close to city entrance towards Hybd road, they have good parking space and a lawn where kids can spend some time. Restaurant is also decently maintained. There is no room service and no calling bell concept. They do have phone number where we can talk to reception, but they never pick call on time.

This new hotel is located on road. It has good connectivity from highway and ample parking space. But the room in which I stayed was not well maintained. Shower was leaking. Hotel is overpriced. Restaurant has limited options.
