Kritunga restaurant

Charged 30 for soft drink with no gas at all. Soft drink served in a tall glass. Refused to give in bottle or tin. Further the captain argued it was poured just now and cannot do anything with it.

Had the worst experience in my dining history. The waiter who was serving us was called back and asked not to serve us. Menu cards were taken from our table before even placing an order and the service was very poor. Food in terms of taste is good but the time taken for the service and the service itself was not good at all. Very disappointed in terms of customer care and service to the tables

I tried chicken biryani, chicken majestic and curd rice food The taste was good especially chicken majestic. But service is very slow and the supervisor does not focus on all space . Hand wash water tap working but damaged (fixed not proper) used to complicate. Afternoon AC works but is not cool. Normal Room temperature only. My request and suggestion please clean the spoons and forks properly.

Wrost experience they are loating money by serving boiler chiken in the name country chiken and food is fresh we ordered natukodi ragimudda but it's pure boiler chiken it's coast around 450rs which not value of money

I ordered chicken biryani , butter naans and puneer curry, the biryani and curry is spicy and I didn't like it. I waited upto 40 min still I didn't get the food. The temperature is good in the restaurant. But the price is not worth for the food.

One of the best place to dine in with family in nalgonda. Paneer biryani was good. Ice cream was not upto the mark.

One best place in the town. Had Veg starters and Sambar rice here. All the items tasted delicious except that they are all too spicy but that's the speciality of Kritunga. Ambience is also decent enough. Waiting to see and try more items along with Desserts on Kritunga's menu.
