Very bad ambiance. People spit on the corners, and management didn't care about it. "Disappointing experience overall. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable dirt and grime in various areas. The fine dining atmosphere felt more like a rushed cafeteria, lacking the elegance and ambiance expected.
Took special chicken biryani taste was ok but chicken pieces was less in the biryani & food was sufficient for us 3 members
sealed Banned due to unhygine food 1person dead recently by eating there
Very Good hospitality. Very Good food. Pleasing staff. Pleasing ambience. We had planned Nirmal as a stopover from hyd to Nagpur on the way. And it is. Good choice. We had ordered butter chicken and shawarma. Also the chicken Biryani was yummy.... We had also packed for the road.

Food is tasty but need improvement for attaining excellence... Ambience need to be improved a lot especially washing area. Mats and curtains need frequent washing for looking great
I tested here mutton juicy Mandi the test is ok not a average and the service is little bit slow
This place is not serving mutton, Mandi on time i have been there at 2am at that time also they not have mutton mandi and i came here from another city its very disappointed
