We went for our lunch today & were not so impressed by their service. Kapila is one of the oldest hotels in Nizamabad & attracts quite a crowd to their restaurant that serves multi cuisine besides south Indian meals.Food taste/quality is good but what gets you on the edge is their slow service !!

My recent experience at the hotel with my family was disappointing. While the ambiance was nice, the food was poorly prepared. The dish i ordered arrived cold, Our server seemed inattentive, and it took a long time for our order to be taken and for our food to arrive. It takes more than 45 min to get the order.I hope the restaurant will address these issues with food preparation and service." Worst service ever in nizamabad..along with me every customer was disappointing about their service.

The team is very supportive and arrange things as per the schedule. They not only supply Quantity on time but maintaining Quality is their best way of expressing their respect to the customers. Very happy with the Service. Thank you team Kapila

According to food price services are not good. They are charging 55 for 1 wheat plain roti. There's no AC and neither proper handwash.

We had full meals which has around 10 items, which is all very tasty and good quality .Hospitality and cleanliness is also very good.

Food taste is good But serving people are very much careless It's damages hotel reputation, better give them proper training how to behave with customers, then it will be improved.
