Last week Saturday night around 12, while on the way back to Hyderabad, i thought of taking rest and continue travel in the morning. So stopper there and went to the hotel to check. First of all their reception doesn't have any sense of how to deal with a customer. It is full winter and I have asked them if NoN AC room is available, their response is the worst. As if they are dealing with a low class, first of all they are the low class maintaining the hotel and they think customers are low class. They are not polite and good
