Decent Service, But Could Be Better Visited SPICY Restaurant, but the experience was not fully satisfying. Nice Service - The staff is polite and attentive. Okay Food - The taste is average, nothing exceptional. Not Worth the Hype - Expected better quality for the price. Overall, it's not too bad, but there's room for improvement in food quality. Good for a casual visit, but wouldn't be my first choice.

We ordered both Mutton and Chicken masala mandi..Masala gravy is too much oily. Mutton masala is not good as it has much oil I couldnot eat and the piece has 90% bone also their is no mutton in the piece, 50% food got wasted. When I informed staff that mutton masala is very oily and has only bone in it they are very rude to me.They didnot address the issue .my total bill is 670/- and my experience is completely worst.

The best food ambiance and best experience ever we visit the restaurant just 1 week back and the food in very delicious and the restaurant is full but they don't want to disappoint the costumers to they make setting in the party halls and congratulations to the hotel owners about the taste and quality is too good and we order the tandoori platter it's taste good and we try almost the 7 types of starters and 5 types of biryani each item has the best taste then another one and excellent service from the steward kumar from the entrance to exit we have njoy lots and I refer every to should taste the food in spicy resturant

Terrible Food Experience for vegitarians- They Don't Even Know How to Make a Butter Naan! I had one of the worst dining experiences at this hotel. Shockingly, they don't even know how to cook a simple butter naan properly. It was either completely undercooked or so crisp it felt like I was eating a papad. When I raised a complaint, instead of addressing the issue, the supervisor had the audacity to lecture me on how butter naan is supposed to be cooked! Honestly, it was unprofessional. This was a major letdown for me Definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're expecting even the most basic food to be done right.

No proper seating. Very dim light which covers all the dirt on the wall corner and tables, sofas. Food is good but atmosphere is not at all hygiene

Food is simply superb. Smoothest butter naan ever served with delicious kadai panner. Lipsmacking chicken biryani. Though the interiors are old and rusty, food is awesome.

Best hotel for staying in palwancha. Low price and good maintenance. In this price (with T.V , Hygienic bathroom, nice bed) I never visited any city .
