Babai hotel

I loved the taste of the food here. Hygiene needs to be improved as saw flies and mosquitoes here.

I visited babai hotel today and ordered a Ghee Dosa and Ghee Karam Dosa, but the staff prepared them with normal oil instead of ghee. When I pointed this out, they were unresponsive and did not acknowledge the mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, they responded rudely when I mentioned escalating the matter to the manager. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Transparency in food preparation and polite customer service are basic expectations in any restaurant. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service. I Would not recommend this place unless they work on their customer interaction and maintain food quality as promised.

Horrible experience - 1/5 Ghee Dosa , over roasted and looks like papad with too spiciness not even edible for adults as well and for puri served dosa masala stuff as a puri curry.

Before giving food review I would like to share something. These days the portion we are having and the amount we are paying is not matching. I found nothing special here either food , price or taste of the food. So I feel nothing special to visit Babai hotel. Same kind of prices and taste will get everywhere. Finally I would say taste was good not extraordinary. I have tasted almost all types of dosas all are good. Special I would like to tell about signature dish Babai dosa. Highest price in all dosas.. and size and portion of the dosa very small compared to all dosas. I could not find the special in signature dish.

We were on the way to Sangareddy and stopped by at this place to have a quick breakfast! We enjoyed the food and the service was decent.

Congratulations to the entire team for the opening of much awaited brand of babai hotel on hyd to Mumbai Highway . The food is amazing with loads of variety in tiffins and many special delicacies . They serve breakfast , lunch with thali and dinner . Must stop for family n friends . Good parking space and clean washroom

So the food here tastes good and the ambience is also nice. They need to improve on the services. The thaali was nice and but they need to take care of the quality of rice.
