Pathetic service and food. Look at the pathetic situation of burger and fries smell so bad . Chicken is not fresh .store Manager can say only one word "we cant do anything now" . If u cant run kfc dont start it in the first place or else put one responsible manger atleast

Worst chicken roll I have ever tasted in my life.. The roti of roll was very bad (may be expired) and also chicken... And in chicken wings also we found blackened chicken... It was horrible experience... They should close this place.. Don't go here at any cost..

Absolutely Horrible Experience I recently ordered from KFC in Sangareddy, Hyderabad, and it was an awful experience. As soon as I opened the box, there was a bad smell coming from the food. At first, I thought it was from somewhere else, but as I started eating, I realized it was the chicken itself! The taste was off, and when I inspected it closely, I found blackened areas on the chicken leg piece that smelled terrible - absolutely inedible. This is not what I expect from an international brand like KFC. I feel completely cheated for being served such low-quality food. It was disgusting and made me feel sick. I didn't eat any of it and had to throw it away. I've demanded a refund and expect action to be taken against this outlet. If you care about food quality and hygiene, avoid this KFC location!

Today, I visited the KFC branch in Sangareddy, Hyderabad, and had a very disappointing experience with the quality of the food. The chicken I received was undercooked and had a disturbing red color inside. Even worse, when I requested a replacement, the second order was just as bad. Considering KFC's reputation for quality, this was extremely unexpected and unacceptable. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address the issue to ensure that no other customers have to go through such an experience. I strongly advise against visiting this branch until significant improvements are made.

Worst stale food. Rotten chicken. Rotten potatoes used for fries. Oily fries. I recommend to close the KFC for this location. The store manager is rude. They don't deserve to have this franchise in Sangareddy. I am having this bad experience for a 3rd time. Action needed. Please feedback@kfcindia.co.in. take action. Something should be done.

Outlet working gay also can u order cancle and take re order is seems they are talking like this . quality also no good

The food is spoiled; they are serving spoiled chicken and sending out incorrect orders & spolied food on Swiggy and Zomato. The atmosphere is also not good; there is no air conditioning, and there are smells from the washroom and the dustbin in the dining area.

Worst experience.... Don't come to sangareddy KFC No proper ac... Not maintained hygiene environment... Flies playing around me... Waste management....
