Terrible experience. I received the wrong items, and the food was ice cold. The vegetables in the burger were dry, and to make it worse, I found a small insect crawling inside the burger. Absolutely unacceptable--will not be ordering !
Staff is rude. The manager is rude, with no AC, as items were missing from the combo, denied to replace.
LB Nagar, Hyderabad store. Beware when ur ordering online. They are packing Jr Whopper in regular whopper wrap and box. This happened because there is one plus one offer. Not everyone will notice this. Big fraud store.
Excellent ambience. One must try. Compared to other brands Burger king have more VEG options which I prefer.
Burgers sent through swiggy are not fresh, they didn't heat at all n literary added onion ring in it..veg sticks sent were hollow n uncooked, didn't expect such bad quality
Nothing new about Burger King but one suggestion, if you are new to this place then Prefer normal chicken in burgers rather than grilled. It's a very good place to hangout with friends as it is very spacious and cozy. Finally : Recommend..!!
WORST PLACE TO DINE IN dine in place is FULL OF FLIES even after complaining they are not even bothered and the place is NOT COOL When asked to switch on AC they always tell it takes time But this happens every time But near counter it is somewhat cool Is AC provided for staff or customers and it's been 1hr we came they are still saying it takes 5min to switch on AC They are not making float drinks correctly
