*1/5 Stars - A Culinary Catastrophe: The Tandoori Chicken That Left Me Underwhelmed and Overly Disappointed* I'm still trying to process the sheer audacity of the kitchen that produced the most uninspired, lackluster tandoori chicken I've ever had the misfortune of tasting. This dish was an affront to the rich culinary heritage of India, a travesty that insulted the very concept of tandoori chicken. The chicken itself was dry, overcooked, and tasted more like leather than the tender, juicy meat it's supposed to be. The marinade, if you could even call it that, was anemic and lacked any discernible depth of flavor. It was as if they took a few sad spices, tossed them in a bowl with some yogurt, and called it a day. But the true tragedy was the "tandoor" part of the equation. I've had better-tasting chicken from a conventional oven. The smoky, charred flavor that's supposed to be the hallmark of tandoori chicken was conspicuous in its absence. It was like they took a few half-hearted puffs of smoke from a distant barbecue and called it a day. The service? Abysmal. Our server seemed as uninterested in our dining experience as the kitchen was in producing a decent meal. In short, avoid this place like the plague. If you want real tandoori chicken, go somewhere - anywhere - else. This place is an insult to the culinary world and an affront to the very concept of flavor itself.
