Paradise Biryani | Secunderabad

We went for dinner there. We went there because we wanted to experience the original paradise Biriyani and is Rich history. It was full in one of the dining halls. Ambience was decent. The aromas around was tempting. We ordered the og chicken Biriyani. It was so good. This was unlike the paradise biriyanis I had from other places in bangalore. I was not a great fan of Hyderabadi Biriyani. I love Kerala kozhikoden Biriyani. Now I can say that I like Hyderabadi Biriyani. This place is walkable from paradise Metro station. They have named one metro station after Paradise Biriyani. Food is very cheap and affordable. Generally one biryani is enough for two people. Quantities are very generous.

Visited from Bangladesh to try the legendary Hyderabadi biryani, and it was definitely a unique experience! The flavor was quite different from what I'm used to back home--rich with unfamiliar spices and masalas. While it wasn't exactly to my taste and I couldn't finish it, I wouldn't say it was bad--just very different. Still, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibrant vibe of the place. Worth a visit if you're curious about authentic Hyderabadi flavors!

I went to their cafe and ordered mutton haleem it was very average not at all good 2/5. For the cost of 300. Later I took chai it was a good 4/5. The cafe was clean and well maintained. Quick service available.

If you're a true biryani lover, this place is often considered a must-visit. Known for its world-famous Hyderabadi biryani, it has built a strong reputation over the years for authentic flavors and traditional cooking methods. On our first visit around 4 PM, the place was packed with people from across India and even abroad--proof of its enduring popularity. The cafe section was also impressive, offering Irani tea, faloodas, cookies, and more, all served with care. Takeaway service was smooth and efficient. However, our second visit--on a Sunday--was quite disappointing. Though we got a table after a 15-minute wait, it took nearly 20 more minutes before a captain or waiter approached us. After finally placing our order for biryani and Thums Up, the food took another 15-20 minutes to arrive. The biryani, unfortunately, lacked the expected authentic flavor and tasted just average. The Thums Up served was flat, more like sweetened water. To add to the frustration, the finger bowl was given with cold water, and our request to change it was refused. The attitude of the staff, especially the waiters, was quite rude. When we asked for the bill, it was handed over without a word. At the billing counter, we requested mouth freshener and were given just a single tiny packet, which felt unwelcoming. While this place is often hyped as the home of "world-famous biryani," the authentic taste and good service were missing during our visit. A place with such a big name should ensure better hospitality and consistency in food quality. **A TRUE REVIEW!!**

I was very keen to eat here, thought it will be enjoyable, but after taking meal here, I doesn't like this place, service is average and very delayed, staff doesn't cooperate to have best meal option, staff doesn't hear you completely and serves poorly. Paradise sells their own water bottle having very high price ie. Rs.60 for 1 ltr. which not acceptable. Biryani is very spicy and taste is dull.

Extremely dull atmosphere. ONCE upon a Time fits Paradise. It has lost its taste and charm. Service was horrible. Since I had ordered full mutton biryani I requested one more packet of gravy, the looks given were as if doing a big favour. Biryani itself was tasteless. They claim 8 mutton pieces but found just 3. All pieces were bones without any flesh. Rice was uncooked, whatever flesh we got was rubber in taste. The full shop was empty. A perfect place to avoid.

I have been eating here for the past 25 years... I saw them growing from the ground floor to the whole building on secunderabad.now they have many outlets... but Their standards have gotten worse... taste of food..yuck... Service zero star.... Now paradise is brand ripping off people... Water bottle RS 60 Quantity way less... 409+ tax. The biryani portion is not sufficient for 1 person.. Royal biryani is only masala.... day by day, they are getting greedy ..not conentrating on customer.... WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN....
