Sweet Heart Restaurant and Shawrma

Recently I have been to sweet Heart at tadbund which is their 1st restaurant and the other one they have it near ORR. During my visit I had a decent dining experience. I tried their Chicken Haleem and Chicken Fried Rice, and here's my take on them. The Chicken Haleem was average--it lacked depth in flavor but was still enjoyable. The quantity was reasonable for the 80 price tag, making it a fair deal. On the other hand, the Chicken Fried Rice was impressive. It had a good balance of flavors, well-cooked chicken, and a generous portion, making it great value for money at 80. The ambience was simple yet comfortable, and the service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for affordable and tasty food in the area, Sweet Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

I request you all to please DO NOT order Mutton biryani at this place...it is utterly laughable - they just provide 4 smallest pieces possible of mutton in a ate of biryani (meant to be consumed by one person) - still the quantity of mutton is laughable. I have travelled all across India and have biryanis at numerous places - I found it so funny I informed the manager of my ordeal and left the food without having it (uploading pictures - ignore the chicken pieces on top as it is grilled chicken ordered separately)

OK restaurant. Food OK and very less quantity. some cleaning staff seemingly need a revised and refreshing look. Overall not that good but OK. Revisited : 06/01/2024. Became ever more worst. As only 2 waiters handle things and there's no minimum manners of waiters they'd not speak, not offer chair and ask us wait forever. There's no customer service, would never recommend .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. The food was below average, lacking both flavor and freshness. To make things worse, the ambiance was poorly maintained, making it an uncomfortable place to dine. The service was shockingly bad -- unresponsive staff, long waiting times, and zero attention to customer needs. This was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Taste is good bakery item ,tea little bit standard is not that much better I ask for tissue the sales person is saying very rudely at the counter and at the bakery section

One of the best restaurant near New Bowenpally... you can find bakery items too here .. had a separate place for take away and dine in... limited parking... taste was good... you can try butter chicken and mutton biryani here... party packs for 10no also available... pastries, cookies, buns also available..

I recently dined at Sweetheart Restaurant and I must say the experience was absolutely delightful. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Tandoori Chicken and Garlic Chicken - both dishes were an explosion of flavors, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for their taste and quality. However, there was one hiccup during our visit that I'd like to mention. Unfortunately, there was a power outage, and the restaurant didn't have a backup generator. This left us in the dark for about 5 to 10 minutes, which was a bit disappointing.
