Staff are well mannered seems. Food is ok ok. Atmosphere and hygiene can be improved. Birthday celebration stall or place to be kept for celebration.

Worst experience ever had in lifetime. Worst food that it was very stale and contaminated and was tasting like yesterday's food. The Manager Mr Miraj behaviour was highly unpleasant and unacceptable. He has raised his hand on my wife. Will never ever visit such places where the service is very rude. Go at your own risk. Pls do not waste your hard earned money at this place.

Food is great! Service can be improved though. The live counter items are great but there is contrast on menu items and items actually available. The table side grill items are mouth waterinh. The chef visited us and asked us if we are happy with our food. They even made us some items bit more spicy and roasted as we requested. The buffet items are bit cold and dried up. Overall the food is tasty but could be better in some other aspects. Desserts are highlight of all, specifically trifle pudding is great.

The place has become Haunted. They are not taking care of the ambience anymore. The staff has been reduced. You will not get starters on time. Price is increased but the taste of starters and main course has gone from Okayish to Horrible. The only good thing in the whole buffet was the Kulfi. Never going again even if they invite for free

I have been a very regular cust to Barbeque Nation , today I am really upset with the food taste and all items . Mango fest is going on but they have not even served mango sauce which they claimed to the special dip even after asking. Food served was like stale . I am sorry but I was stunned to taste the worst ever. Sorry guys did not expect this from Barbeque Nation. Plz try to keep up the quality and taste. Umesh

The day we went to this restaurant food was not at all sufficient, when we asked the manager about it, he said that it is due to less clients they were expecting on that day. This is almost 8th time I visited BBQ but I didn't like this restaurant service at all. I suggest everyone not to go on weekdays. We end up paying more for less food items.
