We were extremely disappointed with our visit to the hotel, not only due to the poorly cooked food but also because of the unprofessional service from the staff. The rotis served to us were visibly raw, with uncooked maida. Even after requesting a replacement, we received the same undercooked rotis without any improvement. When we raised the issue again, they simply refused to serve rotis and asked us to order something else. So my question here to the hotel is, as you people already know that maida bater was just prepared before we came . eventhough we are asking for rotis why can't you people deny that you can't serve perfect rotis as of now or it will take time, instead of informing that you took order and served us raw uncooked maida rotis , so based on this I understood that you don't valve customer health instead you people only value for money which you will get at that moment . How horrible it is . We had already ordered a curry specifically to eat with rotis , and we couldn't pair it with anything else. However, the staff denied taking it back, insisting that we had to pay for something we couldn't even eat. They even mentioned that we would get another curry within a different plate, but why should we spend extra money on something we didn't want? The way they handled the situation was extremely disappointing. This entire experience was frustrating, especially because I was there with my brothers, and we were left with no proper resolution. I have taken photos as proof, and I hope my review helps others who plan to visit this place. If I don't receive a proper response from the hotel management, I will escalate this matter to higher officials. Hotel management is responsible to respond!!

Wonderful infrastructure, nothing less than any good restaurants. Much needed place for the people who live in and around Yamjal. I did visit and tasted few items. As it's just 2nd day I really don't want to judge them quickly but yes for their success they should focus on professional service. Tea is good and meals are ok, can be better. All the breakfast items are good and there is little latency in things like taking orders and serving the food, getting the bill and all. I wondered when they said there's no refrigerator and they gave normal water when asked. Expecting right things and improvement for the benifit of customers and for the benifit of the hotel itself. I'm sure it'll be a good place for many and I'm glad that I'll be one among them. Attaching the Menu as well.

Good staff service. Onion dosa is good. Tea was cold not satisfied . Family section ambience is good. Well maintained and good Parking space. They don't have juices.

Worst service which was unbelievable. Servers behave as if they don't care what you order or not. We ordered something they gave something .

Assumed it has original raghavendra and ordered veg Manchurian highely disappointed due to high cost and low quality afcourse low quantity.

Very good place to have Breakfast and Veg food. Good ambience and very nice interior inside. Staff is well mannered and disciplined. The taste is awesome when compared to other Udipi Hotels and cost is also avcording to the taste and not more.

Good service, reasonable prices, good taste, recommended to stop by for breakfast.
