Pista House Vanasthalipuram

I don't understand why Pista House is offering franchise options--it's only damaging their legacy and brand value. The quality has dropped significantly, and it was a truly disappointing experience. We ordered Chicken 65 and Manchuria, both of which were a complete disaster. The taste was pale, the texture was off, and they didn't seem fresh at all. To make things worse, the Mutton Biryani had absolutely no flavor, which was shocking considering Pista House's reputation. The only positive aspect was the staff--they were polite and helpful. However, good service alone can't make up for subpar food. I sincerely hope they work on maintaining their original quality instead of prioritizing expansion at the cost of taste.

Very worst experience. We ordered chicken biryani (single) and special panneer biryani (full). Chicken wasn't properly prepared, and panneer biryani hardly had 8-10 smallest pieces of panneer. When asked, the waiter says "this is how we serve here". Later we talk to the manager and he says "sorry they probably didn't have large panneer chunks, so they must've put these". Ridiculous taste, quality and stuffing.

A big restautant in Vanasthalipuram, on Vijayawada highway. Located near Vanasthlipuram Arch. Very spacious, neat and hygienic, nice ambience, good service and quality food . They also have a good bakery. Quantity served is fine. Valet parking available, just besides the restaurant. Good crowd even at afternoon 4pm with decent pricing...

I've been a regular customer at Pista House Vanasthalipuram for the past three years. Unfortunately, over the last five months, there's been a noticeable decline in both service and food quality. The taste isn't what it used to be, and the portion sizes have significantly reduced--especially when it comes to mutton and chicken dishes. The pieces are much smaller now, often requiring us to order extra just to feel satisfied. Meanwhile, prices have gone up, making the experience feel less worth it overall. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on bringing back the quality and value that once made this place a favorite.

Wanted a custom cake for my boy's 1st birthday. Absolutely disappointed by Pista house vanasthalipuram cake designer. He convinced me of making exact design. Selected model was a normal cake with only need of making 1 tweety on top. That too he ruined. They are not professional cake designers and have no interest or skill in cake making. As seen in the pics, a smiling cute tweety was made into a thin chik in first attempt. When I asked them to redo, he tried convincing me saying "when you make idlis, all idlis are not alike". Totally unprofessional, disinterested designer. They made 2nd attempt and failed again. Finally I settled for photo print. Surprisingly, they messed up even the simple photo. As seen in pics, the tweety looks sad, as the black of the eye is printed on top instead of downwards, which made the tweety looks sad. Even a normal person can do better job. Don't waste money here. Order from other professional cake makers. I finally removed the tweety and cut the cake to save the occasion. Totally disappointed with pista house vanasthalipuram unprofessional cake designer.

I've been eating here since the restaurant opened. At start the Mandi was tasty and better . Slowly as the restaurant got hyped the taste of the Mandi decreased to low and now they served me raw chicken Mandi. This will be the last time I'll be eating here Mandi. I'll definitely not recommend anyone to eat Mandi here. My favorite Mandi go to place became worst Mandi now

I stepped for dinner with my colleague. First time I tried mandi in Pista House. We ordered a fry piece mutton mandi, the taste is good. They served a bonel soup initially, it was a little salty. Later mandi was served and it was good , but disappointed with mutton pieces, they were mostly rather than meat. Later I ordered a chicken mandi, the taste was good but the rice was more oily compared to mutton. Overall taste wise it's good, but disappointed with mutton mandi. We ended our dinner with apricot delight, The taste is awesome. Overall it's a good experience, can be improved on the service side.
