Red chillis restaurant and dhaba

Good atmosphere! Food is above average! Staff is polite but service is very slow! Took 30 mins for serving each item!

It's a big open space, plenty of parking. I just visited this yesterday with my parents for their special wedding anniversary.

Service is a bit slow and we have to inform multiple times to get the items we have asked for. Atmosphere is good and parking space is ample. Food can be a little better to get 5 star rating. Only drawback is service.

We visited this restaurant as a family group of 6. The ambience, including the lighting, has been improved compared to a year ago. The molten veg starter was very spicy. Paneer starter was better. Rotis and methi chaman were pretty good enough. We had to call the waiters multiple times for lemons, sauces, water bottles and for everything, they took 10 minutes or they simply forgot and we had to ask again. Understaffed probably, but it shouldn't test the customer's patience. Food can improve a little, service can improve a lot. Satisfied overall, but there's room for improvement.

A very good by-the-road set up with arrangements for both open dining and under-the-roof dining were available. Dhaba was spacious enough to feel comfortable and pleasant. Enough open spaces for parking any vehicle. Food was tasty enough with rice and bread varities available. Service was also quicker than most other dhabas. The only downside I see is that people were allowed have their alcohol drinks amongst family areas which can spoil experience.

This is very Genuine Rating fully not satisfied with the management and especially with the Supervisor. Last nyt we visited with our Friends who came from other state to have a dinner but unfortunately we become fools infront of them. Because of the worst service and that supervisor he don't deserve for that post.if we are running a hotel and we are not satisfying the customers then this make any sense...? No right ... Hope this review will address the Owner of the Red chilli Dhaba. Thanks for best service towards the customers. Note : if I want I can give min 100 negative reviews and 1rating in Google but I No. Because this is not fault of owner but he should know what's happening around the hotel premises.
