Hotel Aarti Inn And Restaurant

I had a mixed experience . We were there for three nights. We were six persons to stay. The rooms were booked before our arrival by our official partner. Because we were colleagues and we were there for official work purposes. That is why our rooms were pre-booked. So we got only two rooms for six people. A bizarre configuration. Four persons in one room and two persons in another room. Although this has nothing to do with hotel staff. Because booking was done by some other guy. So, I had to adjust with this room configuration. I stayed in a four bed room. The room is in good condition. There is a small sofa , a table and a small almirah with a long mirror in that room. The room was not that much congested. But the bathroom is pretty small. Wash besin is a tiny one. The other double bed room was also good, which I posted a photo of it. The bathroom of the double bed room was good like the tiny one of four bedroom. Another thing is when electricity goes out and the generator operates, then the air conditioner will only run on the double bed room, not in the four bed room. There is a nice restaurant also in the basement of the hotel, where they serve pretty good food. Although the entrance of the restaurant and the hotel is pretty confusing. They need to work on that.

Situated in a good location. The taste was good for almost all the items we ordered, the only problem was the service time. It should be improved. Cleanliness is good and as the restaurant is in the basement, you'll miss your mobile network. They should provide free WiFi to all the visitors using a QR on their menu. It'll be helpful for smooth online payments.

A very good place to eat.

The rooms are drab with average cleanliness. The service is indifferent but they do respond quickly to any housekeeping issues. The restaurant is one of the better ones for Ballia. Its spacious, air-conditioned and sparkling clean. The tables are wide and the seating is comfortable. There's a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes which are value for money.

It's a very low grade place for food. So cheap level of food was provided. Highly disappointed

We ordered chilli hakka Noodles .......it was the best noodles I ever had....also we ordered masala soda that was yumm....... after all a mst experience
