Hotel Grand Serene & Arham Food

This hotel has Pathetic services, had very bad experience. All the bedsheets and quilt are torn and stained, it had big holes and manager of the property was not at all concerned about the condition of the room and all the complaints we had made. All the photos which are available on google and various booking websites are fake. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff and hotel manager both are disrespectful to customers, they only want money and not ready to provide good services to their customers.

Staff, manager everyone was very abusive and unprofessional. Don't book this hotel ever. Very bad experience. The bad decision I ever made. Dirty linen, unwashed bedsheets, tv not working, dirty rooms. -infinty/10

Pathetic hotel. I would suggest dont ever book this. The owner, manager and the staff is very weird and super rude. I booked almost 15 rooms and they dint even considered some professional attitude. They are pathetic I would highly recommend dont ever book infact if you have done just feel pitty on yourself. Dont book dont book dont ever book

Too many mosquitoes at night and the reception guy did not provide any mosquito repellent saying they're already put up in other rooms.

One of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in so far. At the night the back side of the bed came out and fell on me. Lights in the room and in washroom were not working. And it's not a cheap hotel in terms of what they charge.

Not good blanket and ac not working and washroom is dirty and staff behaviour not good

The Hotel has been given on lease to some uneducated Guy. They Turn of the AC and light while Guest are using room. This is totally a ZERO star Hotel. No facility. Poor Architecture. Worst Room Conditions. Behaviour of Staff is totally out of the box. Ye Hotel Nahi DHARMSHALA hai.

Owner doesn't know how to speak with their customers. Very rude & cheap behaviour. Thinks themselves as a 5 star hotel but actual you are not. Your good behaviour will take you to 5 star not your arrogant behaviour.
