Totally deception, I had booked 3 luxury rooms, out of which when allotment was given I was given 1 deluxe room,out of 3luxury when at the time of payment I told about it to the staff, in reply was told that sir you have been given a low price room, if it gets adjusted in that, then the entire money will be spent for the luxury room only. At dinner time, rotis were not served, it was said that the tandoor has not been heated yet, so all the guests ordered rice and asked for extra vegetable and raita, the hotel staff knows very well that more vegetables are eaten with rice and less with rotis, that is why rotis were not given so that extra vegetables and rice could be ordered, when all the guests had eaten, then at the end all the ordered rotis were given saying that this was your order, by the time all the guests had eaten, the full money was taken at the end. When your guests stay, you will never ask them how much they ordered and how much food they ate. Hotels take advantage of this. 5 people ate food worth Rs. 12,000 in 2 days, because Mmaz hotel staff know that you will not confirm with your guests. We spent one night in this hotel where we met and talked with the owner. A very generous man. We appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff Clean room with window to the outside to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the street

Everything was great but the intercoms that they use is very loud and is quite disturbing. My suggestion is to not take rooms on Ground Floor, otherwise you will have hard time getting quality sleep. Rest everything screms premium. The quality of room and staff was incredibly courteous and didn't disturb much with frequent knocking.
