I had a pleasant experience at the hotel overall. The service was prompt and courteous, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was both flavorful and well-presented. However, I did face a bit of inconvenience during the payment process due to an issue with their QR code system. It took some extra time and effort to complete the transaction, which slightly disrupted an otherwise smooth experience. That said, the staff handled the situation politely, and I appreciate their hospitality. With a small improvement in their digital payment system, this place would offer an even better guest experience.

So don't expect them to serve you better, the quality of food is pathetic and idk what's wrong with their chefs and c'mon a tortoise can beat their service speed for sure... We gave them a chance for the dinner of 30+ people they disappointed each one of us successfully.. after all of it when we tried to pass on our reviews to the management they defended themselves like a local politician! Well I strongly suggest you not to spend your time and money there at all, don't go for their interiors, you're not to eat plastic leaves :) Thanks me later!
