The Great Kabab Factory (Radisson Blu Kaushambi)

The food was excellent and we had purchased 2 non veg dinner buffets. The non veg starters and veg starters were excellent and freshly prepared and served on the table. The same way the main course and desserts were served with both veg and non veg options.The waiting staff was very friendly and they even helped serve my kid less spicy food.There was live band as well who sang very well.

We have gone for a family dinner last week and had one of the finest vegetarian Kababs with multiple fusion. Delicious food of our choice , served by highly knowledgeable and polite staff with great recommendations was a class treat for our families and kids who had gathered to celebrate a very special occasion of our life Classy Ambience and live musical performance made this experience a memorable one ... All the time the staff made us feel special , comfortable and welcomed . Prime location and Authentic fine dining restaurant in the luxurious hotel of the city with high class hospitality is highly recommended for finger liking delicious food, amazing presentation . Would surely love to visit this restaurant again .

I had a disappointing experience at The Great Kabab Factory, especially given the high buffet price of 2799. The service was extremely slow, with the waitstaff attentive only for the first five minutes and then seemingly forgetting about us. The options were quite limited, not what you would expect at this price point. Moreover, the place was excessively noisy, which completely ruined the peaceful dining experience one expects at a five-star establishment. Despite their claims, they seem to have missed the mark on what makes a five-star dining experience. Sadly, it felt more like a third-class place. I would recommend avoiding it if you're looking for a relaxing meal.

Dining at The Great Kebab Factory was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly, and the staff remained attentive, courteous, and incredibly professional throughout the evening. A special shoutout to the chef Jagdish Singh for crafting such a memorable meal. The attention to flavor, presentation, and quality was evident in every bite. It's clear that the kitchen takes great pride in their work, and it shows. The food quality was outstanding. The meats were tender and well-marinated, while the vegetarian options were just as flavorful. Highly recommended for Family dine in.

Amazing place for family outing..... For super delicious food.... Great atmosphere.... Over that....The hospitality of the chef- Jagdish ji is worth experiencing... Strongly recommend everyone to at least visit once here.....coz from next time..u will automatically final this great place. I love this place ..food....ambience....in all everything....

One of worst experience in food I have had. Taste is not worth it at all. I have travelled a lot. Service was quite slow, had to ask multiple times for water before getting. But more than that Taste of food was not what it is supposed to be, just horrible. Also became sick after eating the food.

Had a wonderful time at TGKF. They had special kababs with indo turkish fusion. Excellent food in an extensive menu, freshly prepared dishes what else do you need. Ambience is very classy. Live singing made the experience memorable. Also the staff is very generous and polite and made sure we had a good time, they briefly explained all the dishes mentioned in the menu. Highly recommended!

They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.Great location and friendly staff recommend to anyone who want authentic restaurant and luxurious hotel in town.This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions!
