Customer Reviews & Testimonials
We visited The Walk Cafe and prebooked to avail a 30% discount on food, which requires a 100 pre booking fee...The cafe has three floors - ground, first, and third...and they play a sneaky game by directly sending customers to the costlier third floor The menu on the ground floor and third floor offers the same cuisine, but prices on the third floor are noticeably higher...For example Chicken dish: 40 more Butter naan: 20 more Water bottle: 80 more Pizza: 50 more After placing our order on the third floor, we explored the ground floor and found the ambience quite good...We requested to have our food served on the ground floor, and initially, they refused. However, after some time, they allowed us to shift. When we asked about the price difference, they claimed the third floor had better ambience. However, when we checked the ground floor, it was even better than the third The service was disappointing, with poor timing and lack of proper attention. However, the food was absolutely delicious, which was the saving grace Overall, the experience was mixed. Clarify seating and pricing policies beforehand if you plan to visit.
What I personally feel is ambience was good but the restaurant doesnot have sufficient space. The musician was awesome. there were limited closed cabins and all were prebooked. The outer space was very limited. We booked table for 7 the situation was the caterer could not serve food without adjustment of guests chair, alcohol and hookah were getting served on all tables, avoid if you are coming with kids and old age. Limited options for main course, though starters were sufficient and tasty. Avoid coming in winters if you don't have pre-booked cabin on Saturday and Sunday, otherwise cutlery and musician they hired was up to mark.
The Walk Open Terrace Restaurant offers a cozy rooftop vibe with great views and a relaxing ambiance--perfect for evenings out. The food is tasty, especially their tandoori starters, and the service is friendly and attentive. A great spot to unwind under the open sky.
It was an ok ok experience. Went there and its not even been a minute and they came to ask for the order 4 times even when I said I need 5 mins. When I was booking it via zomato, they said no and the reason they gave was, "you need to book it 3-4 hours back". What bullshit. I don't know what is the obsession of adding sweetners like its free to the mocktails. Both the mocktails were extra sweet even when I said less sugar. Mac and cheese was nice though.
Yesterday I went to The walk RDC with my Family & Guests to to celebrate my Daughter's birthday for Lunch around 2.30 pm ( 18 Guests - Dated 13 April 2025).Event was pre-booked on 3 rd floor with Inbuilt DJ .I was promised that DJ shall be played for sometime so that Guests could Enjoy the Event . When I asked the DJ to be played , their 2 Managers on duty at that simply refused to do it as they Themselves & their colleagues wanted to Enjoy IPL .They had a Nasty discussion with us& our close Guests which spoiled our Entire Mood . My question to the Walk management is - Is it the Supreme authority of Managers & do they have this kind of authority that they can behave in Autocrative manner . What is the purpose of Inbuilt DJ on floor for which a Customer pays a very handsome amount & still deprived of the Facility given by the Owner .Is this the kind of Hospitality The Walk gives to its Customers who come with their Family & Children to celebrate an Event & Get together. Is there Managerial staff lacks even the basic sense how to treat customers who come there with their Families Nowadays all good Restaurants have Management professionals who are presentable, smart , highly receptive & hospitable & proficiency in Language .
Everything about this place is very good. Price is also reasonable given the atmosphere and food. But this cup design should be changed. It looks and feels like hairs
Food is tasty. Atmosphere normal. Singer on top floor is very loud. You cant talk with whom you come here for dine.
# A Feast for the Senses, But Not for Little Ones This restaurant truly delivers on the culinary and atmospheric front. The food was exceptional, a delightful experience for the taste buds, and the ambiance was superb, creating a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. The service was also attentive and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. However, it's important to note that this establishment might not be the best choice for families with young children. The lack of high chairs was a significant drawback, potentially making dining with little ones quite challenging.
