The owner was so rude to us, even they made one of our friend cried, when we entered the restaurant, the owner just started scolding us. Respectfully the employees and the waiters are good and respectful but the owner is not he just don't know how to welcome their customers and he just starts scolding us and starts enquire about us he can also say those words kindly and respectfully but I don't think so he know about the kindness and also I think so he don't know how to respect his or their customers.

The place is good and the quality of food is also good, the waiters here are also respectful but the owner is very disrespectful he do not know how to talk. If any customer is visiting your restaurant you have to welcome the person and not just start inquiring about the person that why have you came here what do you have to do, you don't ask what I do, of course I know what to do and I do not have to you what I have to do. And if you ask the same question respectful I will answer you but you are just straight disrespectful.

Today I have ordered a Black forest cake from this place and they that delivered a basic chocolate cake which was not freshly baked and the taste was worst. They have even sent a complimentary pastry with a sour cream and was smelling like a garbage. Never order from this place. They are fooling their customers. I even called them after receiving order and they told me that's how they make a black forest cake. Stop fooling customers I can clearly see black forest cake in the images u have posted on the Google.

I recently visited Shubham Sweet located in Nanda Nagar, Gorakhpur and was highly disappointed with my experience. I ordered Rashmalai but to my surprise, I was served with Rabadi sweets which were not even close to my expectations. This was the worst cystone experience that I ever had in any sweet shop. Upon informing the staff about the wrong item, I was met with an attitude that was highly unprofessional and lack of care about the customers. The staff did not show any interest or empathy towards me as a customer. This made me highly unsatisfied and I am not willing to order from this place again. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place as the staff is highly negligent towards their customers' satisfaction. If you are looking for a good sweet shop where customer satisfaction is taken seriously, then Shubham Sweet is definitely not the right choice. I recently paid a visit to Shubham Sweet at Nanda Nagar, Gorakhpur and, sadly, I was utterly disappointed with my experience. My expectations fell short, as I had received a wrong item that was far from satisfactory. I had ordered Rashmalai, but to my dismay, I was served Rabadi Sweets instead. This careless and inconsiderate approach towards customer satisfaction certainly did not sit well with me. Furthermore, the poor quality of the sweets was a reflection of the worst cystone experience that I have encountered thus far. The establishment was not only unable to provide me with the meal that I had ordered, but they also demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer service, showing no interest in rectifying their mistake or making amends. Such indifferent customer service has left me feeling disheartened and is reason enough for me to refrain from revisiting Shubham Sweet at Nanda Nagar.

I ordered a pastry from this place and when we received it, it was rotten. There was foul smell and the taste was rotten. Sadi hui pastry bheji . This is not at all acceptable. It's risking health and would have lead to food poisoning if consumed. Hate the service.

You can get better quality of food at an affordable price. A better restaurant in this locality. In all , visit it you will get all necessary food items like bakery items , tounge tickling food items etc. Its it's about fluid has been converted into restaurant type so you can celebrate your birthday party with your friends. I will suggest visit it once
