Hotel K3 Club Residency

Lovely rooftop cafe for a dinner followed by drinks. Good music, mostly contemporary Bollywood. The drinks are nice, and moderately priced, but the food, although decent, is slightly overpriced. All in all, a decent place to have some drinks on any day of the week with friends, as you sit and relax. Not a hardcore party place. Safe even if you want to go with your partner.

Not recommend hotel, Not following any 3-star standard of the hospitality industries asking 3% extra on card payment. And asking me to check out @10am which is again beyond industries standard it's my bad lucky that I went there and wasted my time. When I was writing a review then I realised it's not only me who faced the problem. Here are full of reviews are liked that only. But thank god they refused me to checkin while I was discussing all the issues with them. Not recommend for corporates stay and most important it's not 3-star hotel.

The service is very poor. I called 3 tumes to restaurant nd 1 time to reception to get a plate. After 1.30 hr they provided. ||More focussed on bar. Dont recommend this hotel to any one. Dont try to take thia hotel if you need hospitality. |Poor service poor service poor services

Very bad experience. Food quality was very bad.no power whole night.hotel asked for direct booking. Cleanliness was very bad.never park the vehicle outside the hotel .hotel management was worst.

We ordered curd rice and it was worst. The rice was like 10% cookerld or it was mostly stale , very hard to eat and the curd was sore and smelly. They even added a lot of masala and chat masala powder. Elwe couldn't eat a spoon. The worst part is the management, they don't even respond properly and is not ready to take the feedback. Please dont waste your money here

Worst hotel without parking. We parked our car in side of the hotel in open space and our car got many dents. Non co operative staff without manners. Food was also very bad and there was no power all night in hotel I would never recommended this hotel for anyone we had Worst experience.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially in terms of service and management efficiency. Upon arrival, I placed a simple order--a coffee and a grilled sandwich. Despite there being only one other customer in the entire establishment, the coffee took about 15 minutes to arrive. After an additional 20-minute wait, my sandwich finally arrived, only for me to find it was cold and appeared as though it had been prepared well in advance, possibly even days ago. I politely requested a fresh, hot sandwich, only to be informed that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order, but I was told that cancellation wasn't possible because the ingredients had already been "invested." Overall, the service was unacceptably slow, and the management's inflexibility made the experience even worse. This is not the level of service one expects, especially in a restaurant with so few patrons.

Went there for using their restaurant service on 3.11.2024 Service was average. Food was below average. The worst part is, charging water bottles at double the MRP. Was provided with a Kinley water bottle when asked for water, but was charged 2x the print price. When confronted with the floor manager, he rudely said, yaha k yhi rate hai... jaha complaint krni, kar lena. I seriously wonder, under whose patronage these guys work so that they can openly question the law of the land. Also, as per Supreme Court judgement, any restaurant should provide free drinking water to its patrons.
