Upgraded their services as compared to last time. krown executive rooms were spacious, clean and some amenities were newly added. Staff was friendly. Location is near to station and markets. Variety of breakfast options and meals were good. Must try.... Visiting soon....

Major issue is Poor management and service quality and standards As a hotel. Few eg.||1. Contrary to MMT pkg details - Breakfast was supposed in restaurant but hotel itself assumes that customer knows that they serve breakfast in room against served order only.||2. Poor listening skills of staff- staff are basically not trained enough and lack of focus on guest experience .||3. No welcome gesture or uggage carrying assistance provided despite asking during checking and checkout. Also lift wasn't working.||4 basics facilities lacking like - no guidance given on TV, slipper was not provided unless aske||Location is good and at few times some staff were hospitable and cooperative.||Feedback is more on management's lack of focus and attention to maintaining service quality and standards as promised in MMT booking.||Location if hotel is really good.

Very pathetic don't ever book them. I booked crown executive room for two nights and they literally make me feel worst mistake I have ever made. When I arrive at reception he is answering in rude behaviour I was very tired and I got room half hour late from checking time and worst part is I got room as it is left by previous guest. I told them to clean it and after multiple requests they clean room after 1 hour. Land line is not working there is no hot water in bathroom. Stinking bed sheet lift not working bad attitude of staff there is not a single thing which is good about this hotel. If you keep this hotel as your last choice steel they make you feel it's your mistake. They will now reply to this review with chat GPT content to show they care about customers but in reality they don't even care for their customers once they receive money from them. Don't book them don't do mistake I do otherwise you will regret like me.

We can't say the room is very good given the type of payment... There could have been better rooms... The AC is still of the old model... The bed mattresses are still of the same old style... And the biggest problem is parking...

Location wise hotel is located in prime locations..rooms were really old . Well when I visited this place . renovation is taking place .may be there are making infrastructure will be upgraded ..staff were friendly and polite.. breakfast has limited options ..but taste

Don't book without looking at rooms personally. Online booking pictures vs reality is opposite. I got dust allergy triggered after few minutes in the room, breathing heavy. BLANKET COVER LIKE NOT WASHED FOR MONTHS. Rooms with pan spit on wall, mosquito and flies both flying on room. No water or tissue roll placed. Switches and fan are from 1960? This hotel will remind you of third world actually. This should be on Oyo and mot MakeMyTrip. Forget apologies, staff if blunt saying the pictures online are of super delux and not for what I booked. Would file consumer complaint if I had time to deal with.

Beautiful view and also room service is also good and safe to stay alone
