Dosa Planet

This was my first visit to Dosa Planet, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I went there after seeing good reviews, but the food did not live up to my expectations. The staff was polite, and the service was ok, but the overall dining experience felt average. The ambiance is basic -- clean but nothing special. I genuinely hope the restaurant works on improving the quality and authenticity of the food.

Review for Dosa Planet, Aliganj Dosa Planet in Aliganj offers a delightful South Indian dining experience. I tried their Dosa Planet Special Dosa Thali, which was a wholesome and flavorful meal. It included a perfectly crisp masala dosa, soft idli, crispy vada, tangy sambhar, creamy coconut chutney, spicy tomato chutney, aromatic lemon rice, rava halwa, and crunchy papad. I also had their buttermilk which was top notch.Each item was fresh, authentic, and delicious, showcasing the true essence of South Indian cuisine. The restaurant's ambience added to the experience, with its aesthetic interiors and comfortable seating creating a welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in the decor and overall cleanliness was impressive. The service was prompt and friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. Dosa Planet is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic South Indian flavors in a pleasant setting. It's a great spot for family dinners or casual outings with friends.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday and ordered Paneer Dosa Fresh Lime soda and Fried idly . I do not like their service taking service charges. Almost all your waitor were sitting and laughing, not doing the service. I had to ask one person to serve the Idli, and then you took service charges what for I failed to understand. Otherwise, the food is damm good and tasty

Pure veg Restro In Kapoorthala I have tried their ghee Podi dosa, paneer tikka butter masala, Chinese sizzler, Mexican dosa and many more dishes. You can visit this place with your friends and family and have such Amazing food!

The food is good. The Chinese platter can have some more food it was quite less so value for money is less. The atmosphere is good and the service is the best.

Our family is going there regularly and after the renovation the seating arrangement has been improved but since last three times it has become their habit that while we were eating our food they told us to leave our seats and sit else where as a big party of 10 to 15 members is coming. Its so embarrassing for us and for our guests as we were in the middle of everything and they will put your half eaten food elsewhere in a hurry. And then they will forget you. All the female staff was very helpful but one male staff was very very rude and talked to one of our guest very badly. Overall if your are couple our only 2 to 5 people then avoid going to this place as they will forget you once any big party arrives as they know they will get big tips and big bill from those.

Pleasant atmosphere with food that satisfies your taste buds and craving. Most of the south indian dishes are best in this restaurant.

An amazing place with quite good ambience and service. Coming to the food so they have North Indian, Chinese & South Indian and the must try items are Cheese Burst Dosa, Chur Chur Naan , Tandoori Momos and Sizzler. Portion size is good at very reasonable prices and amazing taste.
