ROCCA at Hyatt Regency Lucknow: A Mixed Experience I recently visited ROCCA at the Hyatt Regency in Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow, for an office colleague party during lunch hours. We opted for typical Indian fare - naan, paneer dishes, and rice. Unfortunately, the service left a bit to be desired. Our food took approximately 45-50 minutes to arrive, which felt quite long, especially for a lunch gathering. While the food was good, I must admit, given the Hyatt legacy and reputation, I had higher expectations for the culinary execution. It was decent, but not quite the elevated experience one anticipates from such a prestigious hotel. On a significantly brighter note, the ambiance at ROCCA is truly exceptional. It's undoubtedly best-in-class, offering a sophisticated and comfortable setting that greatly enhances the dining atmosphere. As an interesting side note, we discovered during our visit that the Lucknow IPL team was also staying at the hotel, which was a fun surprise, though we didn't manage to meet any of the players! In summary, while ROCCA excels in its ambiance, the service speed and the food quality, while good, didn't quite meet the high standards I've come to expect from a Hyatt property.

Extremely bad food . Worst service . Ordered items were disaster . Puneet the server brought beer in used glasses . Puneet was the server and he was not bothered about the order we made . We ordered food with heeng and he wrote No heeng , we ordered spicy and he made non spicy , we ordered paratha and he brought tawa roti. We called manager and chef and they both too were only listening and not doing anything . It was the worst experience , they really spoiled our family evening . We will recommend a big no no to this restaurant.

It's a charming gem, the restaurant overall striking the perfect balance between cozy and modern. The food was really satisfying, the quality of food justifies the slightly higher prices. The latte could have been better. The staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a great experience here.

Nice restaurant. Tasty dishes. Plenty of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Recommended. Servers press you a tad for positive reviews.

It's not a place I would suggest getting a la carte at. I ordered a couple of appetisers, and they tasted so mid, I decided to skip ordering any main course altogether. The seekh kababs were decent. The paneer kathi roll was below average. I would, however, recommend getting the toffee coffee pudding. A 10/10 dessert that made my visit somewhat tolerable, apart from the well done aesthetic of the place. I ordered two of those just to get the mind numbingly bad taste of the kathi roll off my mouth. I don't think I will be visiting them again anytime soon.

Disappointing Experience at Hyat Rocca We visited Hyat Rocca to celebrate my sister's wedding anniversary, but our experience was marred by long waits. Despite arriving early, we waited for 45 minutes without being served, and eventually, we left without having anything till 1:30 pm. The wait not only spoiled our plans but also took away from the special moment we were trying to celebrate. Given the anticipation and excitement around this anniversary, the disappointment was amplified. Requesting the management to take action.

Well, I must say... I went for A-la-carte (Non-Vegetarian) and the quality of starters as well as the main course was great and very satisfying. Optimum use of spices, just adequate enough to provide awesome taste. Chicken Lababdaar, Ajwain Tawa Machchi and the Bhuna Pyaaz Kaaju Pulaao is a must try for Non-Veg lowers.
