I had the pleasure of dining at Hot & Cool, and it was an absolute blast! The vibe was perfect -- the ambiance had a great balance of cozy and modern, with a warm, inviting atmosphere but also cool, laid-back elements that made it feel like a trendy spot. The menu is a fun mix of hot and cool dishes that were expertly prepared. The "hot" items packed some serious flavor, with bold, spicy notes that left my taste buds dancing. And the "cool" options were refreshing and vibrant, offering a great balance of flavors and textures that were the perfect complement to the heat. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you're in the mood for something fiery or refreshing, this place has got you covered! Definitely coming back for more of that amazing fusion. Highly recommend!

They didn't even serve me the butter milk I ordered as u can see in the pictures but they have billed it and i didn't notice that , ialso asked the waiter to cancel it as we were waiting for it for too long and it was already late for us but still they have billed it on me , Food was tasty, but the salt was excess in soya Chaap if not it would have been much better, cold coffee is bad don't even try.

Hot and Cool is a well-furnished and nicely maintained restaurant with a good ambiance. I tried their Kit Kat shake, which tasted good, but honestly, it didn't match the high price tag. In fact, most of the items on the menu seemed overpriced for what they offer. While the environment and setup are appealing, the cost factor really overshadows the overall experience. A good place for a one-time visit, but not very pocket-friendly.

Staff are not so attentive, food was not so tasty, ambiance is nice.

I brought momos from here which is extremely not good and also very bad smell coming and three of them brust overall experience was very poor and i come from lucknow especially

Overall, while there are areas that could use improvement, especially in terms of food quality and service, the restaurant has a lot of potential. With a few tweaks, it could become a top-notch dining destination.

The Food Was Good But They Once Gave Us The Wrong Order.They Do Not Have Any Cooperation.The Service Is So Bad.I have been to This Restaurant 4 Times And All Time I Got Very Poor Quality Service.We Got Our Orders After 1.5 Hours Of Waiting.Atmosphere Is Good But Not Best. Not A Good Experience For Me
