It's average in terms of service, cleanliness and hygiene. ALTHOUGH FOOD TASTES DECENT but needs significant work on maintaining the place better. The tables are sticky, A/c not working properly, water glasses served are extremely casual. Just a little attention is needed this place could be a gem.
Rooms are big with a big wash room, although a premium feeling somewhere is missing but ok as per rent. Parking is an issue here as hotel doesn't have dedicated parking, food is good (only vegetarian), room service is excellent, location is also prime.
The worst anyone can do that is this i recently ho with family we order chole bhature and dosa and the combos ... The chole bhature was the worst I have ever eat ... The roadside chole is much much much more better the. It . And it unnecessary add panner in aloo sabji .. its the horrible experience i suggest go for 46 main market instead of this ... If u don't want food poisoning.
A good place to stay for a few days. Not a big hotel with great amenities but small, well kept place with well behaved staff. Nice arrangement of water and food.
Worst hotel ever seen, bathrooms are uncleaned like no cleaning done past previous guests check out. Floors and walls are full of dust without any mopping. Hotel staff are very rude and not ready to accept his fault saying please move to five start hotel. We can not clean the rooms
We ordered veg fried rice after 30 mnts they served us simple pulao with no spices then we complained they took back and said will serve again good veg fried rice after 10 mnts they served fried rice with only onion no veggies in that we again complained and left their food as it is and they are not realising sorry for that also they all stand in group and discussing about that very bad this is i never recommend anyone to go ganeshwaram

Food taste is quite ok but very poor service they should increase the no.of staffs.
