Customer Reviews & Testimonials
0\10 The food was so bad. Naan wasn't fresh and the mutton was hard. Butter naan war like sweet bread. Too much of oil in mutton. Waste of money. I wasted around 2k. This restaurant is not recommended.
0/10 ratings for this Noida outlet Mutton burra- Hard, cold, not able eat Chicken korma- Average in taste Khameeri Roti- Cold, not even fresh made Brown cloth - Stinking Water glass- stinking Bathroom- 2 floor upwards, full of dirty smell, with all of open wires around, not Safe anyway. It's just spoiling the original name of Kareems Jama Masjid, most likely it js franchise, ideally it should be closed rather than such pathetic food & services.
The taste for which Karims is known can be found here, specially for those who are not able to go to old dehli. May be psychological that old dehli tastes better. As usual the place has very simple decor as they trust on taste that beauty. But definitely with changing times some upgrade can be planned. At least the branded plates here compared to the steel plates of old Delhi. You may go anytime to enjoy the non veg food, no remarks about veg as never tasted veg in Karim. Be prepared to have some oily food but that should be fine. The pan majito is something different, but mostly just added flavour.
Food was not upto the mark as compared to Karims near Jama Masjid. Facilities do not match the extremely high pricing. Poor ambience. Looks like a 1 star hotel with 5 star pricing. No separate washroom. Toilet looks like a train toilet.
We ordered mutton nihari, kadhai paneer and seekh kebab, which actually felt 'stale', especially the mutton, it was quite smelly, and we had doubt on what processes it must have gone through, making it the worst dish a person can devour, I also wanna say that it was undoubtedly pricey, the seekh kebab didn't have that aroma which you crave for, it was super dry making it hard to chew and felt like it was sticking to our oesophagus. I just want to tell you that you should work on your services and your cooking processes, also the chutney felt like it was eaten already, and was served to us. I hope you'll consider my review and next time you'll serve us better.
Horrible quality food. Assuming it to be the authentic place. The food was under cooked and extremely stinky. Their specials tasted like dog food. I got some food items packaged to take home however the staff didnt purposely bring it and we forgot to carry. Horrible is what i would describe my experience.
It's an all time favourite place, and visited the Noida branch after almost 8 years. Surprisingly, the shami kebab tasted the same as it was 8 years back but the mutton biryani disappointed a little. Couldn't relish it much as we have always done in all the branches of Karim's. Service and atmosphere were found same. Would definitely visit again.
This place in Noida sec 18, is well maintained. A happy ambience with a very quick service. This place is heavenly for the people who love to eat non vegetarian food. The stuffed keema Paratha is a must try and the chicken afgani has a nice smokey flavour. My recommendation would be to try vegetarian food at your own risk. The ambience is good but lights are not ambient enough, but has a family atmosphere.
