Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Went to Pind Balluchi for lunch today, but the experience was far below expectations. They added a 10% service charge to the bill, which made no sense. We were charged just for them bringing the food to the table -- no special service or experience provided. Honestly, it would've been better if they had shown us the kitchen and let us cook ourselves. Extremely disappointed. Worst experience due to unnecessary service charge and poor service overall.
Overrated place with poor food taste and less than average customer service. People working there judge customers based on their appearance. They feel average looking people can not afford expensive food items. A roadside vendor can cook better than them. I had sabz biryani and got hairs in it. I told them but all they said is, okay we will tell chef.
This is a reasonably clean establishment with ample seating and excellent lighting. The large free parking area in front of the restaurant is a definite plus. The service is outstanding, and the food quality is commendable. In particular, the missi roti and daal were delicious. While the decor is average, overall, it's a satisfying dining experience.
The service is quick, prompt and excellent. The servers are kind, respectful and courteous. Most importantly the food is so well presented, good quantity and mouth watering. I've tried a variety of dishes over the years and it never goes wrong. It's a very pretty place with amazing ambience. You can go here with friends as well as on a date. Overall we had great time here. It attracts a lot of youth crowd in the vicinity of the area as the menu pricing is quite decent. Overview: Ambience - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a catered event, and I must say, the food exceeded all expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with rich flavors, and presented beautifully. The ingredients were clearly fresh, and the quality was evident in every bite. Cant wait to visit again.
Food was ok but service especially if you ordered non veg items was slow and you might find a lot of flies there which was unhygienic and annoying. The washroom was also not clean and a foul smell was all over the washroom .It was also very expensive compared to the cleanliness of the place.
I recently dined at Pind Balluchi and had a mixed experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that left room for improvement. Firstly, I found the lighting to be inadequate for taking photographs. If you're someone who enjoys capturing memories of your dining experience, you may be disappointed with the lighting conditions at Pind Balluchi. Another point of concern was the pricing. I felt that the prices were higher compared to other restaurants in the area. This might be something to consider if you're on a budget or looking for more affordable dining options. Additionally, the wait time for food was quite long. Waiting excessively for your meal can be frustrating, and it's an aspect that could be improved upon to enhance the overall dining experience. Regarding the food, the vegetarian starters were decent in taste but lacked sufficient quantity for the price charged. It's always disappointing when portion sizes do not match the cost, as it can feel like you're not getting your money's worth. On a positive note, I enjoyed the paneer dishes. They were flavorful and well-prepared, leaving a good impression on my palate. However, the rotis were overly buttery. While some may appreciate the indulgence, excessive butter can be overwhelming for others. It would be beneficial if the restaurant could find a balance to cater to different preferences. When it comes to the pulao and mutton biryani, they fell short of expectations. The flavors were ordinary, resembling regular rice rather than the aromatic and flavorful experience one looks forward to in these dishes. The absence of extra spices essential for pulao and biryani left me wanting more in terms of taste and authenticity. Overall, my experience at Pind Balluchi was average. There were certain areas that need improvement, such as the lighting, pricing, wait time, and consistency in flavors. However, the paneer dishes stood out positively. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback into consideration and works towards enhancing their offerings.
It was nice experience. What we like most was traditional settings. Decorations, crockery and ambiance gave typical traditional feeling. Staff extended a warm welcome. The menu was impressive with many things to choose from. Amazing and beautiful place to dine. It's one of the best place to dine in noida.
