Customer Reviews & Testimonials
The service is worst here. They have gone greedy with time. They charge Rs.100 per head and extra 10% service charge on the food. They do not have enough beer glasses for a large group. Non veg options are either frozen or stale. Moreover the taste for which we used to go here is no more the same. The staff, including the manager argues and the show baazi is high with wireless in hands of all the staff members in such a small place. They denied removing the 10% service charge on a bill of 6000+ for not providing the beer glasses and bad non veg food. Further they mentioned the service charge is mandatory. From when the service charge became mandatory. They don't even have big plastic glasses as an alternative. Music is disturbing instead of chilling and vibing ones. Quality of speakers is very bad, they are just loud without quality sound. Brands and reputation takes time to build but the greed for money takes it down in no time. Urban Kasba is another name in the list of business winding up soon. Avoid visiting the place if you don't want to ruin your evening with bad experience. Opt for many other better options available nearby.
It's nearest to my office so I liked it. Food is good but waiting for food takes quite a long time besides that everything is cool. If they run some cool English songs then it would be perfect. They Started charging 100 rs. per person as entry charges. Not a big deal. In evening sometimes you have to wait to get a table. To order something you have to ask waiter many times to get your order on the table. I mean it's a good place but it's too good that it becomes frustrated for customers.
Visit this place (which looks beautiful in photos) and you'll see the arrogance of its staff members at its peak. Right from the person noting details during the entry to the attendant at the table, they will provide you with half baked details, take 100 per person in the name of sitting charges (of course without a valid bill), and then treat you as if they did some favour by letting you in their premise. They'll force you to occupy a certain corner, won't allow your drinks to be kept in the fridge, and what not. After a series of events, we walked out in frustration. Of course they refunded the extortion money (100 per person).
My life wrost experience prices of every item more then higher side as per market standard as comparison to delhi a very much higher, over charged for everything like ice cube , soda and food itself. Tell who is gonna pay 465 for single crispy corn and half tandori 455 hahaha
A good byob in noida but certainly not a perfect place. The location is great according to me as it situated in quite residential area. Enough space for parking. Food.. 3.5/5 Average food. Chicken tikka and chilly mushrooms were bad but fries, chicken momos, malai chaap were good. Service.. 3/5 Very slow service through the staff is welcoming and help if anything is asked. Ambiance.. 4/5 Good ambiance. Seperate places for alcohol guests and family's. Seating arrangement is spacious, large screen, etc. Good feel Price.. 3.5/5 Decent pricing. Cost of 3 was inr 2800. Note.. Please get the alcohol bottle in advance as there's no wine shop nearby to the byob.
Absolutely Pathetic Place to go to. Firstly, where it is written that if you have paid for the food and eating then they can switch off the lights, more so when it's 20 mins prior to their closure time. And then when u raise objection to that they will try to be physical. So only go if you want to deal with hooligans and people with 0 respect for customers. Most of the staff were good and knew their job. One guy at the reception/entry who I don't is the bouncer, receptionist or whom. He will hit the customer, abuse you even when you are talking to manager and when you give it back he will show his true colors and come charging at you to hit with rod. So will recommend all to not at all visit if you want to be safe. And if anyone wants to term it as fake review, please check the cctv of the outlet itself and reality will come to the fore. If owner is genuine guy atleast will take action against that guy who is bringing bad name to the place.
I will say this is the best BYOB in Noida till now. And I have tried my share! Chill vibes... Good music and low volume so that you can do what you came here for... Talk with your people! The staff is very polite and the food is tasty!
Urban Kasba Cafe is a cozy spot that offers decent value for money. With a 100 entry fee (which isn't redeemable against food or drinks), it sets itself apart from other cafes in the area. While the food is just okay, the ambiance and overall vibe make it a nice place to hang out, especially if you're looking for a chill spot to relax. The entry fee might be a drawback for some, but if you're more focused on the atmosphere than gourmet dining, Urban Kasba Cafe delivers a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.
