Aarna restaurant and banquets

I visited Aarna Restaurant in Purani Dhampur today, and it was a fantastic experience! I ordered Paneer Momos, Paneer Tikka Chutney, Tawa Mushroom, and Punjabi Rajma. The taste was absolutely awesome, especially the Tawa Mushroom, which was the highlight of the meal. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, with everything neat and clean. The light music added to the perfect dining atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and well-mannered, and the service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Aarna Restaurant to anyone in the area. From the food to the ambiance to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered: Tandoori Aloo pyaz Paratha served with curd and pickle. Hot Chocolate Coffee and moong dal halwa. Giving a four star rating because of Moong Dal Halwa. It was written in "Today's special" but trust me, there was nothing special. It was even less than ordinary and the price was 149 which is quite expensive but it would have been better if the taste was upto the mark. This halwa really disappointed me.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Worse Management I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was disorganized and overwhelmed. We waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. Finally when they took the order, no food was served till 45 minutes and unfortunately we had to left that place out of frustration without having food. The worst part was how management handled the situation. When we politely voiced our concerns, the manager was dismissive and borderline rude, offering no apology or solution. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed their staff and other customers, which was completely unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the most poorly managed dining experiences I've had. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for decent service or accountability.

The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing. We ordered Paneer TakaTak and the taste was amazing. The only con was the quantity of the food.It was way less for the price that we paid. Otherwise everything was cool.
