I had placed the order at 9:16 PM, and the delivery was promised by 10:15 PM. The order was taken by the hotel manager himself, Mr. Satyam Ojha. I had also clearly mentioned the expected delivery time in my message. At 11:00 PM, Mr. Ojha informed me that the order was on the way, but at 11:27 PM, I was told that the order would not be delivered. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poor service. At midnight, in a place like Bansi, it becomes nearly impossible to find food or make alternative arrangements.
