I booked the hotel for my sisters engagement with rooms as well , the overall experience was mesmerising the service was excellent and the staff was very supportive. We had a great experience and the overall function went really well . specially Varsha mam was really great with her guest handling skills .

Hotel staff unprofessional, not courteous. Rooms not in good conditions. Only one small lift to reach to the hotel reception/rooms from ground floor. Stairs not available to come upto ground floor. Restaurant service poor, restaurant unhygienic, restaurant staff not courteous. Parking on road side only. Don't recommend to stay in this hotel. No value for money.

Very poor experience. They chnaged the tariff without informing the guest. I am having the copy of booking request form in which they agreed for another tariff but they charged higher amount . Very bad experience. Will approach consumer forum for this behaviour

Had food in the restaurant, they stopped serving non veg food and quality of veg food also deteriorated. Service is also delayed. Food was served after one hour of order.

Experience was fabulous and hospitalty is great. Varsha ma'am (staff) is very nice, great communication, Loved it.

The room smelled like anything. I had requested the staff to clean, but they sprayed room freshener and the smell issue was not resolved. The reception is on the second floor and the room was given on the first floor. First we have to take a lift to the second floor and walk through the corridor and in another lift we have to get down from another lift. The breakfast tasted very bad. The most horrible experience I have.

Room and Hotel is very nice and food also very tasty. Staff behaviour is good.

Very poor and slow service. After order you have to wait for more than 30 min for your food. Even if you have ordered before reaching place, still it will take more than half and hour.
