Khan Shahi Biryani & Kebabs

I ordered butter chicken and kadhai paneer from them. Taste was ridiculous. Butter chicken wasn't looking like butter chicken at all and taste..?? Kdhai paneer had very runny gravy same as butter chicken..! When i called the owner complaining she said i dont make it sweet and i dont use colour to make it look like makhani gravy.??? Whose preference are we taking into consideration? Manager told me to return the food as he will give me full refund..? But guess what tried calling them multiple times but they neither picked my phone nor show up..! Such pathetic behaviour. They keep on arguing about how i might not be getting it right as i have never had butter chicken in my life before. Very bad response from them. Highly recommend people to stay away from such frauds.

Extremely disappointing atmosphere with too many mosquitoes and lack of hygiene. I trusted because of zomato reviews and found service too average. Not good for family.

Staff members are really good. They suggested biryani and afghani roll and it was really very tasty. It's a must try.

Biryani is average but too expensive. I had chicken Kali mirch which is not up to the mark. If you had experienced taste of Zaffran/Mughals in Saharanpur you will give the only one star to this restaurant. Moral of the story is taste is not good. For Owner as he/she replied :- As per your perception irrespective of my habit I paid high price but disappointed from the taste and even my wife didn't eat properly your so called tasty chicken Kali mirch because it was stinking and for your kind information ambiance and price doesn't bring the taste And you are talking about ambiance, the floor was very dusty and sandy. Also your waiter don't know how to serve the food they put whole order on the table at once due which chapatis did not get freshed. Overall the amount we paid to you not worth it. Suggestion for you- you need to accept the reality and work on your food taste and quality insteat of making wrong perception for your customer because we didn't excuse or deny for paying the amount.
