This is a very bad hotel and you should never stay here with your family and It is a very dirty hotel
The overall experience was not bad. But service was not up to the mark. Maybe one of the reasons was staff on leave.
Food was good. Service person was humble and soft spoken but Service was bit slow. Ample parking space. Good location. Decent sitting area... washrooms cleanliness can be improved.
I didn't like this place at all Not at all good rooms Almost all walls had issues And things were falling out
Quality and quantity is very poor...service was late also
The restaurant's interior is appealing, but unfortunately, the food lacks flavor, and the hygiene standards are commendable; however, the served dishes seem not fresh. Staff behavior is good and polite.

We had the MOST horrible experience. What kind of an hotel doesn't have running water in the bathroom. What kind of hotel doesn't provide HOT water during chilling winters of UP. Answer is -> Kishan Hotel. Despite multiple requests by my family, the owner of the hotel was least bothered to fix the water. In fact he said and i Quote. -> This is what i have, please adjust. I don't think the guy should be in Service industry. The manager - Rana is really professional and a nice guy. Kudos to him for handling the situation well. I hope he gets a better Job in a better hotel. He deserves it. Please avoid the hotel- drive a couple of more KM's either way and you can find much better option.
